Deciding whether or not to appeal an issue can be a difficult decision.  Appeals aren’t easy.  Appellate courts do not like to overturn decisions of the district court.  Even when the appellate court finds an error made by the district court, the appellant still must still demonstrate that but for the error, the result would be different.  

As a result, you need skilled and thorough counsel who can appropriately narrow down the issues and provide support–both legal and factual–for your position on each issue.
